Customer Experience Specialist, FPAC Business Center's Customer Experience Division (CXD), U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA)
Kim Iczkowski is a Customer Experience Specialist with the USDA Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC) Business Center. Kim joined the Customer Experience Division team in June 2020 after over 18 years with the USDA Farm Service Agency. She spent 14 years in a supervisory role as County Executive Director with the USDA Farm Service Agency primarily covering Racine, Kenosha and Milwaukee Counties with various additional shared management responsibilities through the years. Covering three counties in the Chicago/Milwaukee corridor allowed her to see a whole range of farming operations: from traditional grain and dairy operations to farming mushrooms in a warehouse in Milwaukee. While working with the broad range of existing producers, new farmers, and other agriculture groups, she grew passionate about the outreach and communications part of her job.
