Who Should Attend: This event is designed for public sector employees who have a role in their organization around customer experience (CX), civic engagement, technology and software procurement, IT systems and applications, digital transformation, communications, public affairs, and marketing. Prior knowledge of relevant topics and technology solutions is not required; general government initiatives and best practices will be discussed. Others are welcome.
