CX Lead, Business Technology Solutions, U.S. Small Business Administration

Amber Chaudhry currently serves as the Customer Experience (CX) Lead at the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). As an intrapreneur, Amber has been a key player in various customer centric projects- including SBA Reimagined (establishing a customer centric brand), putting together SBA's first OMB Generic Clearance to help the agency collect customer satisfaction data, and centralizing SBA's voice of the customer program to help program offices meet their mission. Amber has additional experience with startups and federal innovation programs which includes working to increase diversity within the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program, co-leading SBA's Growth Accelerator prize competition, and serving as an Innovation Advisor for U.S. Agency for International Development's (USAID) Grand Challenges, Small Business Applied Research (SBAR), and Development Innovation Ventures (DIV) programs.
