Jean Marrapodi, PhD, CPLP has been designing and developing eLearning for over 20 years in a variety of industries and higher education. Named a Guildmaster in 2016 by the eLearning Guild, she is considered an industry thought leader. Over the last ten years, Marrapodi has presented over 75 workshops and webinars for industry organizations including the eLearning Guild, ATD, ISPI, and Training Magazine. Since 2010, she has taught over 40 graduate and undergraduate courses at New England College of Business, where she served as Director of eLearning and led the retooling of all courses for six programs during the migration to Canvas, garnering national acclaim for the output as evidenced by a Brandon Hall Award for Best Learning Team, and recognition from the United States Distance Learning Association for Best Learning Program. Her expertise lies in her ability to make the complex simple, and pinpoint client needs to drive to business outcomes. She is a soup-to-nuts eLearning designer, with the ability to single-handedly build a project from idea to rollout, as well as to work in a specific role on a project team.
