ADA Title II rulemaking is creating new urgency for state and local agencies to address digital accessibility. The challenge is turning accessibility requirements into an operational plan across complex digital portfolios, limited resources and multiple teams.

The New Mexico Department of Cultural Affairs (NMDCA) faced nearly 20,000 accessibility findings across its 15 highest-traffic websites. In just six months, the agency reduced critical findings by 97%, while strengthening workflows and advancing broader digital modernization.

Join NMDCA and Level Access to explore:

  • ADA Title II requirements and continued state/local expectations
  • NMDCA's path from requirements to measurable progress
  • A practical roadmap for turning regulatory pressure into action
  • Modern approaches to digital accessibility programs and partnerships
  • Collective advocacy for more inclusive public technology
