Adobe Captivate Complimentary Access Request
If you registered for an Adobe Captivate certification program on or after April 1, 2021, or were an attendee of the Adobe Learning Summit 2023, you are eligible to receive complimentary access to the updated Adobe Captivate certification only program. If you registered before April 1, 2021, or were not an attendee of the Adobe Learning Summit 2023, you are not eligible for this complimentary access and will need to register and submit payment for the program here.

Please allow 5-7 business days for your request to be fulfilled as we receive numerous daily requests and need to put them through our verification process.
If your eligibility has been verified, you will receive two emails with next steps:
1. Email 1 from admin@adobelearningmanager.com: This email will provide you access to the self-paced online video tutorials and practice exercises.
2. Email 2 from acpcaptivate@carahsoft.com: This email will provide you with an exam voucher code and step-by-step instructions to schedule your exam. You will receive this within 1-2 business days after submitting payment.
