Join us on September 10 to learn about VMware’s container solutions, designed to help you manage, secure, and run containers in your virtual environment or across the public cloud ecosystem.
During this workshop you will learn about:
- vSphere Integrated Containers: a provider of container infrastructure that helps IT operations get familiar with container life cycle management and running both traditional and containerized applications side-by-side on a common platform. Supporting containers in their virtualized environments provides a number of benefits: IT teams get the security, isolation, and management of VMs, while developers enjoy the speed and agility of containers - all within vSphere.
- VMware Pivotal Container Service (PKS): a purpose-built product that enables enterprises and service providers to simplify the deployment and operations of Kubernetes clusters. It provides a production-grade Kubernetes distribution with deep NSX-T integration for advanced networking, a built-in private registry with enterprise security features and full life cycle management support of the clusters.
- Pivotal Application Service (PAS): a runtime environment that lets developers develop and manage cloud-native apps and software services. As a part of PCF, it runs on AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenStack, and vSphere infrastructures.
