Nicole Migliozzi serves as the Principal Solutions Engineer, for Celonis Public Sector. In this role, she advises all levels of Government on how best to identify hidden inefficiencies and bottlenecks, while leveraging cutting-edge process mining technology.
Nicole has over 12 years of experience leading large-scale software modernization efforts across the Government. Before Celonis, she managed the non-immigrant VISA processing systems, experiencing the same challenges many of her customers speak of that are inherent to legacy custom systems. At ServiceNow, she supported 48 Law Enforcement agencies, unifying customers with common mission goals and leveraging their real-time data as a core guiding principle. Nicole's background, combined with her expertise in various methodologies (Agile SAFe, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL) gives her a unique perspective on how best to solve Government's biggest challenges.
At Celonis, she is laser-focused on transforming Government from the inside out, and that starts with an objective view into how process are actually running today - it starts with a "digital twin".
