His primary focus is empowering government agencies and enterprise organizations to run successful bug bounty, disclosure, and pentest programs in order to help inventory, manage, and secure their attack surface. Prior to joining HackerOne, Will was a cybersecurity consultant at EY. Will has earned a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master's degree in Cybersecurity from Villanova University as well as the CISSP and OSCP certifications.

Ed Zaleski is a Senior Account Executive at HackerOne — the leader in Attack Resistance Management. Ed has over 30 years of Federal Government focus as both a Marine Officer and as a solutions provider. His primary focus is on making government agencies and enterprise organizations better by running successful bug bounty, disclosure, and pentest programs in order to help inventory, manage, and secure organization’s attack surfaces. Prior to joining HackerOne, Ed was an account executive with several major manufacturers providing security solutions to complex situations. Ed has earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Rochester and a Master's degree in Telecommunications from George Mason University.
