As Senior Solutions Engineer, Pat works with clients to tackle complex business problems with technical solutions that leverage the latest advancements in AI and natural language processing. He brings a wealth of software engineering expertise particularly in the search solutions domain, but also in subject-matter expertise in anti-money laundering, Know Your Customer requirements, and adverse media screening for financial compliance. Prior to Basis Technology, Pat spent 20 years in finance and accounting - including as an auditor for a big four accounting firm and positions requiring Foreign Corrupt Practices Act compliance certification. He also spent time in information technology where he specialized in design and implementation of systems improvement and streamlining processes efficiency.
