Chad Vroman

Chad Vroman recently joined the Forcepoint G2CI team supporting the global efforts to drive product growth for Data Guard and Data Diode. Prior to Forcepoint, he worked in business development and sales for cross domain solutions and data diode products, with a focus on defense related applications to the FVEY nations, MDA, and FMS markets. Additionally, he was instrumental in the development of their tactical lines of data diode & CDS products for use in tactical vehicles, aircraft, and ships, both manned & unmanned.
He served in the US Air Force, serving six years active duty and two years in the reserves. He spent the first half of his time as a Crew Chief on KC-10 aerial refueling aircraft, with numerous deployments to the Middle East and temporary assignments globally. He then retrained as an Air Traffic Controller for the balance of his time on active duty.
Following his Air Force service, he went on to work for Lockheed Martin working on international programs for the AEGIS weapon system handling both FMS and DCS projects; including the first DCS project for AEGIS sold for the New Norwegian Frigate. Additional programs and proposal teams included countries such as South Korea, Spain, Israel, and others. He gained further international experience having managed the European and Indo-Pacific territories for a tactical communications company selling HF, VHF and associated communications equipment to foreign governments and militaries.
