 Brian Whitenight | Responsible for partner operations and cloud services go-to-market for milCloud 2.0. Prior to GDIT, Brian was at VMware, where he was responsible for the sales growth of Enterprise Fortune 500 customers. He acted as a strategy liaison for the channel partner team and was selected to coach on the Career Track Mentor Program. Before joining VMware, Brian was a successful entrepreneur who owned and operated several companies which he built from the ground up. Brian also has over a decade of experience in the Medical Device and Real Estate Verticals, consistently earning top sales honors with his teams. Brian believes in deep business relationships and the true value of human capital. He calls Austin, Texas his home where he graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin and St. Edwards University MBA program. He is father to two amazing daughters, and husband to his brilliant wife Andrea. Brian enjoys hunting, golfing, fishing, traveling, and building just about anything with his hands. |
 Bill Rowan | Vice President of Strategic Alliances – Government, Education and Healthcare (GEH). In this role his primary focus is on the Hyperscale’s in the GEH markets. Prior to this assignment, Bill was the Vice President Federal Sales for VMware’s GEH organization. He led a team of more than 200 sales, engineering, advisory and implementation services professionals who help a sizable market segment of 85 to 90 percent of Federal organizations meet their distinct security and mobility requirements with the application of virtualization and cloud technology. Prior to this role, Bill was Vice President of Sales for VMware’s U.S. Department of Defense and Intelligence Community teams, bringing to bear more than three decades of experience, intuition and knowledge as a trusted advisor to DoD, Federal Valued Added Resellers and Systems Integrator organizations. Even before joining VMware, Bill served as Federal DoD Operations Director at EMC and held senior management positions at Storage Technology Corporation, MicroStrategy and IBM, where he worked for nearly a decade. Demonstrating his commitment to service in its many forms – Bill also volunteered as a Firefighter and Medic in the Montgomery County Fire & Rescue Service for 8 years. He earned his MBA from Averett University and a BS in finance from Fairfield University. He and his wife, Kristin, live in Kensington, Maryland, with their two beautiful daughters. |
