Mr. Duong leads Grant Thornton’s public-sector Digital Services and Innovation practice. In this role, he oversees a broad service catalog that includes customer experience (CX), intelligent automation, AI and RPA solutions, cloud services, IT service management (ITSM), and software solution delivery. In addition, he founded and leads Grant Thornton’s Robotic Process Automation Center of Excellence where he architects and designs enterprise bot constructs that can be cross leveraged across the Federal space.

He is involved in a wide-range of consulting assignments covering IT business and information technology strategies, systems transformation efforts, including developing business intelligence management systems, IT automation, web development and cloud services. 
Mr. Duong has significant experience leading Agile IT solution delivery teams, helping teams modernize software delivery models using DevOps, and effectively managing and controlling programs and projects. His clients have included commercial clients, federal and state government agencies, and organizations within the telecom, software products, engineering, and finance industries
