With more than 20,000 children and families to support, case managers and staff for the Indiana Department of Child Services do not have time for inefficient, siloed systems or paper-based processes that tie them to their desks and keep them out of the field.
That's why the state is embarking on a multi-phased approach to implement a new child welfare system that will streamline the creation and management of case work documentation while automating the workflows of 4,000 employees.
