On the buy-side, he led or had key involvement in the acquisition and integration of LGC Wireless, Ascend Communications, Nexabit, JBM Electronics, and TippingPoint. On the sell side, he led the sale of ADC Telecom’s IP Cable Business Unit to BigBand Networks and Sixnet to Spectris.
