In 2016, after 35 years of experience in the technology industry, he joined Splunk to further advance his passion of applying technology solutions that truly support the changing needs of teaching, learning, and the business of colleges and universities. Since joining the company, Rich has been driving the adoption of Splunk as an institutional intelligence platform applied to academics, administration, research, and academic medical centers.

Sam is a Sales Engineer at Splunk focused on higher education customers in New England and beyond. He is passionate about helping institutions bring data to their most challenging problems to enable more secure and efficient IT and Security departments. Sam’s background in development and data science leads to creative solutions for his customers. He holds a computer science degree from Brandeis University and is a Splunk certified architect.
