His most recent work is at the Department of Commerce (DOC) working within Enterprise Services to deliver first class shared services. In Mr. Matthews' role as Director for Customer Experience Management (CEM) he works every day to serve as the 'voice of the customer' by ensuring they have the best customer experience utilizing the services ES provides across HR, IT and Acquisition offerings. Mr. Matthews is a champion for customer service improvements and relationship building.
