Harrison Smith is the Acting Senior Procurement Executive at the Department of the Treasury. This role includes responsibility for the Department's acquisition systems, including policy development, establishment of acquisition goals, evaluation and monitoring of bureau organizations, strategic sourcing and governance of the federal-wide and Treasury procurement systems. Additional responsibilities include career management and continuous improvement of the acquisition environment. He holds a B.A. in International Relations and a M.A. in US Foreign Policy from The American University, and a M.B.A. from George Washington University.
