Mini Suri is currently COE Lead for Intelligent Automation at Uber managing Robotics Process Automation (RPA) and Chatbot practice. She is responsible for the automation of manual processes to support business functions across Uber. Prior to Uber she was the Senior Vice President at Citi managing Citi's Services Strategy 2020 using automation by implementing and adopting niche technology products such as Chatbots, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence. In addition to this role, Mini managed Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Electronic Signature Engineering and Delivery Management for Cloud technology and DevOps enablement. Mini completed her MBA from MIT at the Sloan School of Management. She has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Anna University, Chennai, India and a Master of Science in Information Technology from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
