Paul Buffington is a Principal Solutions Engineer for ITSM at Atlassian where he focuses on Lean Service Management for enterprise teams. He's passionate about all things IT and helping service and support team transform the way they work. With 15 years of ITSM consulting experience and the expertise with Atlassian products, he helps guide customers on their journey to reshape modern IT. Before jumping into the technology sector, Paul served 13 years in the United States Coast Guard.
