NASA’s Earth Observing System Data and Information System (EOSDIS) provides end-to-end capabilities for managing NASA’s Earth science data from satellites, aircraft, field measurements, and various other programs to a diverse user community worldwide. This community has grown significantly over time, both in numbers and diversity of needs. To better understand our science user needs, and more fully engage this diverse community, EOSDIS uses Adobe Connect as one tool of engagement, facilitating a more immersive and interactive form of communication. The Defend Integrity Initiative is an interactive and technological effort to reduce fraud and expand the reach and delivery of in-depth unemployment information to all claimants. Utilizing Adobe Connect Software, the Defend Integrity Initiative will conduct instructional webinar sessions to provide unemployment claimants information on how to maintain their claim eligibility. | | 10:30am - 11:00am | Getting the Most out of Adobe Connect: Intermediate to Advanced Features
