NASA EOSDIS Communications Lead, ADNET Systems Inc., Goddard Space Flight Center
Jennifer Brennan is the Communications Lead for the NASA Earth Observing System Data and Information System (EOSDIS) at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center. EOSDIS provides end-to-end capabilities for managing NASA’s Earth science data from satellites, aircraft, field measurements, and various other programs to a diverse user community worldwide. For over 17 years, Brennan has led EOSDIS outreach efforts, leveraging a variety of user engagement and communications strategies, including emerging technologies to increase awareness and usage of NASA's Earth science data, services, and tools. Beginning in May 2013, Brennan launched a monthly NASA Earth science data discovery and access webinar series. To date, nearly 100 webinars have been delivered to participants in over 120 countries.
Program Analyst, District of Columbia Department of Employment Services (DOES)
Michael Henderson has served as a Program Analyst for the District and Federal government. At the Department of Education, Henderson worked with the Impact Aid Program where he provided technical assistance and support services to local educational agencies that are financially burdened by federal activities. With the Department of Employment Services, he provides the Office of Unemployment Compensation and the Office of Paid Family Leave with technical support, process management, and assists in the development of strategic plans for the evaluation of program operations. Henderson has assisted in the implementation of key agency programs and initiatives, and he strives to support the research and development of vital services provided to the residents of the District of Columbia.

Paul Powell provides Voice, Video, and Web Conferencing services to General Services Administration (GSA) employees as part of the GSA IT Communications team. He manages GSA’s Adobe Connect environment along with his support for VoIP and Video. He has over 19 years’ experience in telecommunications and has worked extensively with Web Conferencing in the last 7 years. Paul has been closely involved in the technologies which enable GSA to have an extensive telework program and reduce its carbon footprint.

Jonathan Swann is the Manager of Media Technology at United Way Worldwide, facilitating the delivery of webinars, webcasts, as well as in-person meetings and trainings. Swann has a background in website design and development, as well as 8 years of experience in audio/visual technologies.

Paul Gilbertson is a Senior Solutions Consultant at Adobe. Gilbertson has been a long-standing Adobe champion being an expert in most of the collaboration, eLearning and rich media products, currently specializing in the Adobe Connect product line. Paul has over 20 years of experience in consulting, teaching, and managing eLearning and development projects.
Between his three different tenures with Adobe and Macromedia, he has run his own development firm with clients including 3M, The CIA’s Federal Language Training Lab, and the big three airlines: Northwest, United, and American.

Mike Murtha has helped military and federal agencies with their collaboration needs since 2005, specializing in Adobe Connect. Prior to that he was a customer of Adobe as a communications officer for the Army’s 172nd Stryker Brigade Combat Team at Fort Wainwright, Alaska. Mike led the technical effort for Defense Connect Online, a Department of Defense-wide Connect service from 2007 to 2015. Today Mike’s focus is on the eLearning and collaboration needs of federal civilian organizations.
