Join Susie Adams, Chief Technology Officer at Microsoft and Dan Kasun, Senior Manager, Worldwide Public Sector at AWS, for a government cloud roundtable where they will discuss Microsoft and AWS current cloud offerings for government and then open the floor for Q&A.


This track is designed for customers who are relatively new to the F5 product portfolio and are looking to take the first step on the path to F5 Certified Big-IP Administrator. This training will encompass networking basics, discuss where application calls are made in the TCP/IP stack and help the end user prepare for the F5 Certified Professional 101 exam on Application Delivery Fundamentals.

The 200 level education track is for F5 administrators who have had some hands on experience with the Big-IP Platform and who wish to finish getting their Certified Big-IP Administrator certification by taking the 201 exam. This track will focus on TMOS (Traffic Management Operating System) Administration and LTM (Local Traffic Manager) Fundamentals. 

This track will dive into the more advanced features of the Big-IP platform – it will primarily focus on Advanced Authentication via Access Policy Manager (APM), and implementing a Web Application Firewall (WAF) policy. This track is intended for administrators who have had a year or more hands on experience with the Big-IP Platform and who intend to implement some of these more advanced features. 

The cloud track will explore deploying and automating application services into the cloud – either private or public cloud platforms. The track will include topics such as automation deep dives, leveraging cloud enablement technologies such as Ansible, Git Hub, etc. and leveraging SaaS solutions like Office 365 in the Federal Government.
