Theonic Way - COO/CSO, Fig Leaf Software
In his capacity as the Chief Operating and Strategy Officer, Theonic is responsible for creating, communicating, executing, and sustaining Fig Leaf’s current and future strategic initiatives and growth plans. He oversees the organization’s ongoing operations and procedures including all aspects of operations related to Consulting, Accounting & Finances, Human Resources, Managed Services & Support, Marketing, Partner Management, and Sales by working in close relation and collaboration with the CEO.  He joined Fig Leaf Software as Senior Web Developer in May 2009, and is a Certified Advanced Adobe ColdFusion Developer, Certified Sitecore Developer, Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner, and Certified Associate DBA for Oracle 9i/10g Database. Theonic is a graduate of University of Maryland, College Park, A. James Clark School of Engineering and College of Computer, Mathematical and Physical Sciences, and holds double degrees — Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. 
Dave Watts - CTO and Owner, Fig Leaf Software
Recognized as a leading technology expert by Google and Adobe, Dave has been developing browser-based applications with Adobe ColdFusion since version 1.5, and implementing Google Enterprise solutions since 2005. He co-authored the best-selling Adobe ColdFusion book, The ColdFusion Web Application Construction Kit, first and second editions with Steve Drucker and Ben Forta. Along with Steve Drucker, Dave co-founded the first Adobe ColdFusion Users’ Group in Washington, DC. He has been the most prolific poster on the CF-Talk mailing list for the last several years, having answered several thousand questions on ColdFusion and related topics. He regularly speaks at industry events, such as Adobe MAX, and writes articles for various trade publications. As one of the first Adobe certified instructors, Dave combines exceptional teaching with course development. He received a perfect score on his Adobe ColdFusion MX Certification, and regularly pursues new certifications in other areas of interest. Dave was the second person ever to be Certified by Google, Inc. as a Google Enterprise Professional Certified Trainer for the Google Search Appliance, Google Mini and Google Apps. 
Charlie Arehart - Independent Consultant
Charlie Arehart is a veteran Adobe ColdFusion troubleshooter who's worked with ColdFusion since 1997 and in enterprise IT for more than three decades. Charlie is a longtime contributor to the ColdFusion community, and has for several years been a recognized Adobe Community Professional, Adobe Forums MVP, ColdFusion Customer Advisory Board member, and more. As an independent consultant, he provides short-term, remote, on-demand troubleshooting/tuning assistance for organizations of all sizes and ColdFusion experience levels.
Elishia Dvorak - Adobe ColdFusion Consultant and Evangelist
Elishia Dvorak is a ColdFusion Solution Consultant and Evangelist at Adobe, and has been assisting ColdFusion customers with server support, consulting, and training since 1999. She has spent over 10 years with Allaire, Macromedia, and Adobe performing enterprise dedicated support and Technical Account Management for the largest ColdFusion architectures. Prior to her current role, she spent time as an Adobe Reseller and Solution Provider specializing in ColdFusion solutions.
Matt Hintze - Principal Consultant, Convective
Matt Hintze is a Principal Consultant at Convective with a Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems.  He began developing and performance tuning Adobe ColdFusion applications in 1995, and previously worked as an Adobe ColdFusion consultant for Allaire, Macromedia, and Adobe. He is now focused on the DevOps movement where performance testing and monitoring plays a crucial role in the automated continuous delivery of applications and microservices.
Giancarlo Gomez - Owner, Fuse Developments, Inc.
Giancarlo Gomez is a full-stack developer with over 15 years experience with various languages, technologies, and a passion to continue to learn. He has been a designer, developer, and project lead for several companies stateside and internally for a software he wrote that required installation and configuration. He is the owner/lead developer of Fuse Developments, Inc. established in 2004. His consulting business specializes in web and mobile development, and CrossTrackr, Inc., a SaaS for the CrossFit community targeted towards athletes and gym owners providing real-time insight into athletic progress and health metrics. He is also the co-manager for the South Florida Adobe ColdFusion Users Group.
Dan Fredericks - Senior Associate, ICF International
Dan Fredericks has been in the Adobe ColdFusion community for 13 years, with a focus in government contracting. He has experience coding with and without frameworks (ColdBox, FW/1) starting in ColdFusion 6. Dan has also run the Northern Virginia Adobe ColdFusion User Group (NOVACFUG) for 2 years, and has delivered presentations for the group.
Pete Freitag - Founder, Foundeo Inc.
Pete Freitag has over a dozen years of experience building web applications with Adobe ColdFusion. In 2006 he started Foundeo Inc., a ColdFusion consulting and products company. Pete helps clients develop and architect custom ColdFusion applications, as well as review and improve the performance and security of existing applications. He has also built several products and services for ColdFusion including a Web Application Firewall for ColdFusion (FuseGuard), and a ColdFusion server security scanning service (HackMyCF). Pete holds a BS in Software Engineering from Clarkson University.
Rakshith Naresh - Adobe ColdFusion Project Manager
Rakshith Naresh is the Product Manager for Adobe ColdFusion. His role as a Product Manager for ColdFusion can be challenging, but he enjoys working for a product that has such a passionate community following. Rakshith is keen to work with the ColdFusion community and deliver value to businesses. When not at work, Rakshith loves to take a trek or a run in the park.
Dan Wilson - Product Marketing Manager, NativeScript
A long time participant in the Adobe ColdFusion scene, Dan Wilson now runs product marketing for NativeScript, an open source framework for building truly native mobile apps with Angular, TypeScript, or JavaScript. Dan presents on ColdFusion, mobile technologies, and the web at popular conferences around the world.
Tridib Roy Chowdhury - Adobe Senior Director of Products and General Manager
Tridib Roy Chowdhury is the Senior Director of Products and General Manager at Adobe Systems, Bangalore. Tridib manages the Adobe eLearning business strategy, the popular 3D game development platform of Director/Shockwave, the enterprise business of Adobe ColdFusion, and the eBooks business. Tridib is also a founder-director of STEX Software, one of India’s first software product companies. He has a passion for fostering innovation, and exploring different uses of technology in scaling access and reach of quality education.
Nolan Erck - Software Engineer, South of Shasta Productions
Nolan Erck has been developing software for 19 years. Starting in the video game industry working on titles for Maxis and LucasArts, then advancing to web development in 1999, his list of credits includes Grim Fandango, StarWars Rogue Squadron, SimPark, SimSafari as well as high-traffic websites for clients. Nolan manages the SacInteractive User Group, teaches classes on aspects of software development, and regularly gives presentations at conferences and user groups across the country. When he's not consulting or talking about himself in the third person, Nolan can usually be found working on one of several music projects.
Masha Edelen - Web Designer and Developer, Owner of HD Web Studio
Masha Edelen is a full stack web developer of 15 years, specializing in backend programming utilizing Adobe ColdFusion. Running a small web development company, she and her team have been delivering custom web applications to a wide range of clients since 2002. When not in the office working on the next project she loves to travel and spend time with family.
